(About Ines)

I'm an Enterprise Sales Executive with over 5 years of B2B experience and a drive to turn complex conversations into meaningful business. My experience includes managing multi-million-dollar deals for strategic enterprise customers across private and public sectors. Combining the structure of the corporate world with the ownership of a startup, I connect the right people, understand what matters, and move opportunities forward.

Understand. Connect. Execute.

How I approach a new territory in the first 90 days.

  • Prioritise the territory.Use an ABC analysis to focus on the right accounts.
  • Get honest about pipeline.Take over urgent deals, challenge stalled opportunities, and quantify the pipeline gap.
  • The outcome.A prioritised territory plan and a clear pipeline baseline.

  • Map the buying group.Identify decision-makers, influencers, and second-level management.
  • Activate the ecosystem.Identify and engage external stakeholders, including partners, and align them with the internal deal team.
  • Think beyond one account.Design repeatable, multi-account motions such as hackathons and webinars around shared customer needs.
  • Build qualified pipeline.Build qualified pipeline worth at least 3× the remaining gap to target, recorded in the CRM with clear next steps.
  • The outcome. An actionable growth plan, an activated stakeholder network, and 3× gap coverage in qualified CRM pipeline.
90

Turn plans into action.

  • Launch targeted initiatives.Run customer workshops, hackathons, webinars, or partner-led campaigns.
  • Give every motion a purpose.Define the audience, owner, next step, and success measure.
  • Convert engagement.Follow through on interest and turn it into qualified opportunities.
  • Move deals forward.Agree on decision milestones and maintain clear ownership.
  • Learn and refine.Measure results and repeat what creates meaningful momentum.
  • The outcome.Live customer motions, measurable progress, and a repeatable rhythm.

Notes to no one.

And maybe everyone. A home for essays, observations, and things worth writing down.

WORDS, ELSEWHERE

Who am I

eso es, chicas

I'm Ines. Originally from just outside Munich, now a little bit of a Berlin cliché. Happily so.

Think spinning, matcha, and techno. Slow mornings with a croissant and my journal, followed by music that is anything but quiet. A little Muay Thai, too. Burgers are my favourite food, although I'm currently trying to go vegan. Berlin got me. Again.

There's also a very ambitious side of me that genuinely loves the scale, pace, and rough edges of the corporate world. It motivates me enormously. Then come the days when I question the whole thing and wonder whether the ladder I'm climbing is even leaning against the right wall. Both versions are very much me.

I'm not particularly drawn to the traditional life checklist. Moving countries and starting over appeals to me far more than following a path just because it's the expected one. Like everyone else on the internet, I love travelling. China has been my favourite country to visit so far.

And yes, I'm into astrology. Tell me your star sign. I will absolutely judge you for it, but I'll probably still share my fries.
